A Glimpse Into My DIY's
I thought today would be a good day to show you one of my DIY projects. When it came to a card box, I was clueless as to what I wanted at first. Most of the weddings I see today, brides are using boxes in the shape of cakes. The replica cake boxes are nice but I wanted something that I would keep and use after the wedding.
I decided to do a photo cube. Not only are they beautiful, but they're practical. I also decided to use the pictures from our early dating years since I would rather the walls in our future home to display pictures from the wedding and beyond. I'm sure the pictures are happy to be out of the dusty albums I had them in for years!

Lots of love, sweat and tears went into this project {although most of my projects involve those ingredients! Lol!} Here's the end result:
It was definitely a labor of love, but well worth it. I can't wait to use it for the wedding and then sit it in my future home! Mr. Golden and I have already decided that we will leave love notes to each other in there after the wedding!
